deerfield trace pool 

2023 pool season

may 22 or 29 - labor day weekend

  • Each family needs to be in good standing with dues before their card is activated.

  • ​​​​​​​If you are new to the neighborhood and don’t have a pool card or you have lost your card, please send an email to dfthoa@gmail.com.  A replacement card will cost you $25.00.

 

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please be respectful of those living near the pool and practice neighborly noise levels.

The pool is for residents in good standing of Deerfield Trace and their guests.

Do not share/pass your access card with others outside of Deerfield Trace.

Do not allow entry to anyone without an access card.

The water hose is strictly for pool maintenance.

Anyone under the age of 14 is to be accompanied by an adult.

The responsibility of following and policing the rules lies with the residents.

Please help keep the pool area clean, pick up after yourself.

 

If you are have used an umbrella or notice one that is open and not being used, please close it.

HOA members must be current on all dues and fines for access to the pool.

The pool is now under video surveillance and you are subject to being recorded while on the premises.

The CDC encourages 6-foot social distancing from others (except those in your party).

DO NOT come to the pool if you are sick.

Under Johnson County guidelines you must shower before coming to the pool.

Deerfield Trace and all of its residents are not liable should you or anyone in your household become sick with any communicable disease.

Breaking any part of this agreement or the posted rules at the pool will result in loss of all pool privileges for the season.​
